We accept MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Vodafone Cash, bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard card payments. We make it easy to pay however works best for you. Our standard structure is a 50% deposit to kick off the project and 50% on completion before launch.
No. We split payments into two — 50% deposit to begin and 50% when you're happy with the final result before launch. We never ask for full payment before delivering your website. This protects you and ensures we stay accountable for quality.
Never. Everything is laid out clearly in your written proposal before you pay a single cedi. The only additional costs after launch would be optional maintenance retainers or feature additions that you specifically request — and those are always quoted separately before any work begins.

Most standard websites go live in 7–14 days after the deposit is received and content is provided. E-commerce stores typically take 3–5 weeks, and full web applications with custom features take 6–10 weeks. We always give you a clear timeline upfront and stick to it.
We'll need your business information, logo (if you have one), any photos of your products or services, and an idea of what you want the site to do. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we can help with copywriting, stock images and even a basic logo to get you started.
Every project includes two full rounds of revisions after the initial design is shown to you. This covers changes to layout, colours, text and functionality. Major scope changes (like adding new sections or features not in the original proposal) may carry additional charges — but we'll always discuss this before proceeding.

Yes. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and small adjustments. After that, we offer affordable monthly maintenance retainers for ongoing updates, security monitoring and SEO improvements. We don't disappear after launch — we build long-term partnerships with our clients.
